  • Uncover what is preventing you from enjoying a balanced, healthy & fulfilling life.

  • Set and accomplish exciting, sustainable goals (nothing overwhelming).

  • Work towards achieving and maintaining your ideal weight.

  • Learn to distinguish emotional cravings from physical cravings.

  • Grow in self-care and loving your one-and-only precious body.

  • Prioritize and improve your personal relationships.



A Health Coach is a wellness professional and supportive mentor who works with clients one-on-one or in group settings for an extended period of time in order to help them achieve their personal wellness goals by integrating sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes into their daily routine.

As a Health Coach I focus on bio-individuality, primary foods (relationships, spirituality, career and exercise), secondary foods (diet) and provide my clients with support and guidelines that are tailored to their specific needs in their pursuit of health and happiness. Finally I keep my clients accountable to their goals and use my expertise in a very personal and holistic manner when working toward achieving and fulfilling their goals.
